I printed this piece in PLA, at 0.2mm (don't remember the infill). You will need to print one frame and two round spacers.
The frame is attached to your camera body by four 3.5mm counter sunk screws on each of the corners. The Mamiya back goes on the frame, and is secured at the bottom by the two spacers with M4 wing nuts; the camera body should have two pieces of M4 threaded rod sticking out to achieve this. I made metal spacers instead of 3D printing them; if the bottom of the plastic spacers gets damaged with use, you can put a 15mm diameter washer under them and that should prevent the problem.
The top of the Mamiya back slides under a steel strip (80mm long by 15mm wide by 3mm thick) that goes on the rectangular recess on the frame and is attached to the camera body by four countersunk 3mm screws/bolts that go through the frame (a bit overbuilt but I didn't want the film back falling of the camera). The width of the steel strip (15mm) may need to be adjusted.
EDIT: I've added an update model that works with the black type of film holder. It has notched top corners and the light trap "ridge" is lower (the taller light trap from the original model pushed the film holder away from the correct position and you couldn't get infinity focus - if you're having difficulty with the original model, try lowering the light trap ridge by 1mm)
