This is a model of a 4.2" medical oxygen cylinder. It can scale from from “ML-6” to “E” by varying the number of wall segments or scaling them.
Paint the top dome green and the rest of the tank silver. Use the friction-fit connector rings to hold all the segments together and glue them for extra strength.
There's also an approximation of a hand valve with a CGA540 connection which could be attached to a cheap welding regulator.
