Wanted to design some custom mods for my Playseat Challenge, but needed a sturdy base to work off of. I know you can use clamps and rubber to prevent twisting, but there was a clear and obvious way to design a 2 point of contact print, so I did that instead.
Mirror the part to get the other side.
Print with lots of walls and higher infill percentages, ideally with PETG or ABS. Best to print this once and leave it on the rig forever.
Designed to use 12x Socket Head M3 Screws on the clamps. I used 16mm, but you can get away with like 10-12mm probably. Let me know if you have issues in the comments.
