This is a simple SmartTag clip that can be attached with some adhesive to flat surfaces. It has a good hold on the tag, but it's not a tight mount (by design), so avoid attaching it on things with big vibrations! There's two versions, one has some stronger clips to hold the tag more securely, but it might be harder to remove when you need to change the battery. Your choice!
I use it in my Onewheel XR, attached under the footpad in the connectors box. It's extremely easy and quick to print (takes 5-10 minutes, no supports), and it's pretty effective.
The two posts that go in the tag hole aren't super strong, but ther's no way to make them more resistant… they have to fit! I printed it at 100% infil and put a drop of liquid super glue into the middle "channel".
I took inspiration by a design I found on Etsy, but it's entirely designed by me. This way I can save on shipping a 1g thing halfway across the globe, and I enjoy doing things myself :)
