I actually used this with the remix of that mount by inomad360 thing:4514535 so the camera is on top of the arm. I put text of the camera model to indicate the top of the cover, because I had to move the hole up to fit properly.
I basically added screw holes for the UC-261 camera. (I left the original ones so it should be compatible with both) I used M2-6mm screws with M2 washers.

manually brush in supports underneath the ball, don't put supports on the neck otherwise the supports will go into the ribbon cable slot.
