Repair part for Simplicity SYM.USAFS vacuum cleaner. Threaded retaining collar that connects the two parts of the on-board hose/wand. The plastic on ours gave out and I could not find a replacement part from Simplicity or elsewhere. 3D printing to the rescue!
I printed this in PETG with just 5.5% infill. No supports are needed. The finished part is very strong, even with the low infill. The threads aren't perfect, but you can screw it on and it does capture the wand.
