I printed this at:
.2mm layer height
used lines for the top and bottom layer
and did 3 perimeters
RC LifeOn made a great video on youtube on how spray paint t-shirts. He uses 3M spray mount to align the stencil on the shirt. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n5jyfszmcxU

USING SCREEN PRINTING INK
You can also use screen printing ink to make the t-shirt. I went with this method to improve the life of the shirt as that ink is meant for fabrics and to be heat set.
