This Is a template for 45-degree blind dado cuts. I designed it to make this louver for a window. I used 7/16th bushing and a 8mm bit. That way the template slides into the next slot and there shouldn't be any wobble. I'm sure other sizes work too but might have to be a bit more cautious when clamping down the template, so spacing stays the same.
For the first dado, I used double sided tape to secure the template and after than I used clamps.
