Designed for https://www.adafruit.com/product/5503 (300 mm warm white LED nood), I used the warm white for the color since it glows a nice yellowish.
I put the holes on the bottom left - to route the noodle, start with the thin end (its the negative end, without the bigger bulbous part) and snake it through the upper hole, go around the top and bottom right, then follow the outline of center triangle from the bottom going counter-clockwise. Finally finish the bottom edge of the bottom right triangle and exit through the bottom hole. there will be an extra inch or so of noodle left so you can route it where you like.
Note: I've added a picture of the LED very dim to better show the routing of the LED around the ~triangles~ triforces.
The model is thick enough to stand on its own with the noodle sticking out the back if you like. It has no mounting holes or other mounting for hardware (e.g. PCBs).
