To connect two wires you can use connectors of Wago. Wago 221 lead them straight through. I needed a housing of two Wago clamps type 221. You may use 4 M3 screws and inserts to screw the lid on the box. I just press them together, as the lid fits perfectly on the box.
I printed it with a 0.8mm nozzle and 0.3mm layer hight. Any other nozzle will be fine too, the print will just take longer.
