Organizing box-bottle ;-)

I used various organizers for screws, washers, etc. but they always got mixed up during transport. I used liners on top to keep them from mixing but again they stuck to them.

For this reason I designed the box-bottle ;-) I wanted the nut to not go beyond the box.

My goal was also to use the minimum amount of filament and I think I succeeded. Only 9.5 meters.

Printing

Print without support. Do not worry about top part (bottom of the box) look at some of the photos. It is ok. Printed many of them and no problems.

I use no brim and skirt in 3mf file, but if you like, then change settings.

Tested only with cheapest PETG, but probably any material.

UniversalDividedBoxFlatWiderWall.st - wider wall box, i have printed only one. All my boxes are from thiner versions.

UniversalDividedBoxFlat50x50Thiner.stl - 50x50x50 box with thin wall

UniversalDividedBoxFlat50x50x105.stl - higher box x105 version but a little lower to fit under the tabs of the devalt box.

UniversalDividedBoxFlat50x50x111.stl - 2x height (including cap) as normal box.

4xUniversalDividedBoxFlat50x50Thiner.3mf - 4x thiner version of teh box in one file.

Hint

I use markers to mark what's inside. But you might as well modify the "cap" stl file and add a caption there.

If you need different sizes, scale it in the sklicer, but experimet then with scale of the cap in X and Y directions.
