It turned out to be bigger than I imagined :) Might be possible to scale down if the tolerances are not too tight. At the given size printed on my Prusa Mini, it is almost enough to just press together without glue.
I included holes in the two cross pieces for 3x2mm alignment pins, but in the end I never used them, when assembling the blue parts they align the cross as well.
On the photo you see an early version, the alignment tabs were a bit big so I had to adjust it after printing. That's why they look a bit ugly.
Suggested order of assembly
- hold the two cross pieces together and slide on the bottom sides, then it can stand up without falling apart
- add the two top side parts
- eyes into eye contours
- eye assemblies into their holes
