First english - deutsch weiter unten.

A very simple creation.

A latch hook and the parts to complete it for mounting and holding.

You have to assemble it during the print when the height is ~10,6mm. Then the hook is inside and all is perfect.

The hook is smaller than the basement of the other parts. So you print all together and when the hook has finished, take it from the plate and insert it when the other part is at a hight of ~10,5-10,7mm. then the noozle is over the hook but the hole is still open enough to insert the hook.

The part on picture 4 is for the hook. If you need the mounting 90° angle, feel free to create one or contact me with dimensions.

The holes are for M4 countersunk head wood screw.

Deutsch:

Ein einfaches Teil. Ein Haken und die dazugehörigen Oesen, wenn man die so nennt.

Wichtig dabei, Ihr müßt den Haken während des Drucks in die passende Öse legen, danach bekommt ihr ihn nämlich nicht mehr rein :)

Wenn der Druck eine Höhe von zirka 10,5 - 10,7mm erreicht (jenach dem was Ihr für eine Layerhöhe habt) müßt Ihr den haken in das Loch in der Öse legen. Die Noozle ist inzwischen höher und somit stört nichts.

Nachdem alles fertig ist, habt ihr einen schönen Haken IN der Öse für immer und ewig.

Sollte die Öse die Ihr braucht 90° versetzt sein, dann sagt beischeid, falls ihr selbst keine machen könnt. Dann mach ich euch eine. Am Besten gleich die Maße mit angeben und welche Schrauben ihr rein drehen wollt.

Meine Teile sind für M4er Holzschrauben mit Senkkopf. Aufpassen dass Ihr die teil beim festziehen nicht sprengt.

Solltest Du etwas benötigen und selbst nicht in der Lage sein, kannst Du mich auch gerne kontaktieren um es für Dich zu konstruieren.

Ebenso kann ich Dir auch Teile drucken, allerdings hinterher kein genörgel bezüglich Rillen in der Oberfläche oder sonstiges. Ja 3D FDM Drucker hinterlassen keine ganz glatten Oberflächen!

Note that you have to put the hook inside the "oese" when the height is ~10,6mm.

The hook is smaller, so no problem during the print and after the print is finished you have a smart part sitting together until time :)

I printed mine in 0.1mm , then the hook is smooth without bigger steps. Also the holes are "round"
