Edit V2.1.1: Made little changes to the left mount to better fit the carriage screw. Removed some of the hex openings at the top because the fan housing sits directly underneath and so the openings are obsolete.
I liked Marcin's good design which works nice on my Neptune 2S.
There are just two problems:
- the mountings which attach to the carriage break pretty fast
- there is no way to get the 4th screw into the fan holder inside
I fixed this and made it more rigid on the mountings. Furthermore I added the ability to screw down the 4th screw to the fan inside.
Just print the two files with supports to buildplate only, thats all you need.
Get two 4010 radial fans and a 4010 axial fan (all 24V) and you are good to go! If you want to keep the original parts, you just need one more 4010 radial fan with 24V.
