Ceres and Hecate's Torches
This model proved very interesting. It at first was as smooth as a bowling ball. No features. No Eyes, No crisp wrinkles. I was just about to throw it away as a fixable subject, but decided on a work logic that was antithetical to what I was trying to achieve. I started with doubling the subdivision surface area then I used a negative number on the smoothing till it got really ugly with texture and pulled it back till I found a spot where it didn't seem to be collapsing in on itself.
