Pico 4 Sennheiser HD300 mount

this is a qick mod to mount a pair of Sennheiser HD300 over-ear headphones to your Pico4.

I'll start by saying that this is obviously a compromise, by maximising audio quality, sound isolation and comfort with over-ear headphones, the trade-off being that it is a harder to put the headset on, also more weight obviously, you'll have to untighten the Pico's strap as far as you can to relieve pressure on the sides so your head/ears can slide in and out more easily, the added bunus from this setup is the increased side to side stabitlity of the headset.

print settings:

• PLA PET-G or ABS
• 0.2 to 0.25mm layer height
• 0.4 to 0.5mm line width
• 2 to 3 perimeters
• 3 to 5 layer top/bottom
• 50% infill
• No Supports needed

you will need:

• 2 of each 3D printed parts
• 2 zip tie
• 2 blocks of foam of variing thickness depending on the width of your head
• a bit of SuperGlue to stick the foam to P4HD300A

i hope the second picture is self explanatory enough about how this thing assembles, there should be a bit of pressure on the headphones when worn but not too much, adjust to your liking with varing thickness of foam
