Ford N-Series Tractor Gaskets

This is a collection of certain gaskets for Ford N-series tractors manufactured between 1939 and 1964. Currently, this collection is targeted at the 8N and 9N tractor models, but I may add parts for the 2N if I happen to come across them.

These gaskets have been recreated from looking at the wear patterns on the tractor parts themselves. As such, the gaskets are not completely perfect, but they are close enough to work. To assist with making the gaskets work for your specific project, I have included the source files for many of the gaskets. The printed gaskets are slightly thicker than their paper alternatives to ensure that the final printed product does not have holes in it. 

If modifying the model is intimidating, the gasket can be scaled up or down in your slicer. It is also possible to modify the gaskets using the same technique you would for gasket sheets.

I printed these out of TPU, which should (in theory) withstand the heat of the tractor at the specific points they are installed in. No guarantees are made about whether your specific print will withstand the heat/chemical/UV exposure in your specific application. We have tested how TPU reacts when exposed to tractor oil and have not noticed any negative changes in the consistency of the TPU. My understanding is that copper gaskets used to be available, and future plans involve examining how a thin polycarbonate gasket works in comparison to a copper gasket.
