My print uses the holders. Easy to install. I use these holders on the top of my Ikea Lack Prusa Printer enclosure. Easy to adjust for the different spool sizes.
Goals
- Hold the bearings guide holders from allowing the spool to fall over
- Easy to adjust to different size spools
- Easy to print
- Stable
Printing. Depending on your printer, you may be able to print the movable piece without supports. I was able to on my Prusa. Print everything flat on the bed.
I placed the Ultimate Spool Holders STL ready to use. Make sure to print 2 pairs. Needs (4) 608 bearings, these are from skateboards. Might need to pound them into the parts.
