This tool is designed to remove 12-toothed spline lockrings on bicycles. Minimum wall count: 3. Recommended: 4 walls.
Print this part a slight bit hotter than the manufacturer's temperature. To get maximum use out of it, this part needs to be printed in a semicrystalline filament, such as PLA, PEEK, or a strong filament such as nylon.
Anneal the parts in a toaster oven for around an hour or more, at 10C below the filament Tg.
Toaster ovens will overshoot the temperature by a few degrees, this is normal, because it increases the resulting strength. Beware, the part will shrink 1-2% in the XY dimensions.
Infill is recommended to be around 20-30%, as most of the load is transferred through the walls.
