Cee Coach Belt Clip

If you use a Cee Coach radio pack for teaching horseback riding (or any other sport) you probably have broken the thin fragile belt clip. I know what you're thinking, how do you know my belt clip is broken; easy because everyone I have ever met who uses them has broken clips. Now this part is hardly the cure for cancer, and in reality it is easy enough to throw the radio into a pocket while you ride, but its the principal of the thing. Cee Coach does sell replacement belt clips, but honestly they just break again. particularly in very cold weather when the plastic becomes brittle. 

I test printed this in PLA but of course PLA is even more brittle than the plastic they use but is good for test fitting (I have the Teal colored model). But I would worry if the rider were to fall it would break with sharp edges into your waist. I ended up printing this solid in Formlabs Tough 1500 (their more flexible tough resin which is very bendable and less likely to injure in a fall). To prevent the clip from sliding off I put a tappable hole for a M2.5 grub screw (I didn't bother to actually tap as the tough 1500 takes a screw very well) and it is not a high load screw where I would not use self-tap.
