I have started to write plugin for blender to generate 3D puzzle cutter and here is a first example of 3D puzzle in a shape of a mountain. There are some flaws with connections in between puzzle and the result is that 2 or 3 puzzles are not holding together (maybe too much randomness).
I have printed it in place, but that was not a good idea because all of the pieces merged more or less and it took me 1-1.5 hours to separate them (maybe it could be a good test for printers :D). Few people that solved this puzzle had fun with it.
I have printed it in PETG, 0.2mm height.
