When I saw the Jonsbo N1 I wanted to create a (mostly) 3D Printed version.
I've already made some modifications from the last time I took photos. But since this ITX board I have doesn't work, I didn't see the need to waste more filament.
Features
- .SLDPRT and .STEP files for remixing
- Mini-ITX compatitble
- SFX PSU compatible
- ~115mm CPU Cooler clearance
- 140mm fan
- 2x 60mm fans (optional)
- Up to 5x 3.5" Drives & 3x 2.5" drives (other configurations could have up to 8x 2.5" drives.
- There's an optional Bottom Plate with no grilles if you want it closed off to restrict airflow.
- You could print all solid side panels if you want to force airflow out the top & bottom.
- There's a Foot-Short version of the foot included if you have a power cord with a 90-degree turn, like this one https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B0002343AS
- The notches in the 5-DRIVE-BAY-BOTT-SPACER are for cable management (zip-ties or velcro straps).
- The SIDE-PANEL-PSU and SIDE-PANEL-FAN are missing a rib on one side because the PSU and FAN are flush to the AL Extrusion there.
- Most ITX boards have max 4 SATA ports. You'll likely need one of these use an available m.2 slot to expand to more drives: https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B07T3RMFFT

Current Issues/to-do list/design flaws that need improving:
- Low-Profile PCIe slot is untested. I don't have one on hand so I did the best I could.
- Side panels are thin and snap-fit into place. Be gentle removing them. They also require a lot of filament to print.
- Need a partial mesh side panel so the PSU can still breathe with an all-solid panel design.
- Add side-panel options with holes for fan mounting
- Add Top Panel options for 120mm, 140mm, 160mm, 180mm fan sizes.
- Add Top Panel with Flush IO so no Top Cover is needed.
- The motherboard I tested with didn't have extra connections for powering the 2x 60mm fans. Make sure the motherboard you select does or you have a way to power them.
