Replacement sliding door plug for 2012 Ford Transit Connect. It may fit other models of van.
Plug is based on original Ford 8T1Z-6125342-A (or 8T16-V253A26-AA) Wedge Assembly part.
Pin is based on original Ford 8T16-V253A26-BA part.
The “Big Holes” file is to allow the original metal rings to be press fit into the new part.
The “Small Holes” file is to better fit the screws by themselves, in case the metal rings have been lost.
Pin currently only has a small holes variant as my originals are still intact.
Printed the “Plug Big Holes” and “Pin Small Holes” files in Hatchbox PLA with 0.3mm Draft profile, 100% Infill, 5 shells, and supports on build plate only.
Printed on MK3s+ with 0.4mm default nozzle.
