I've created a wall mount for a Cochlear-Implant for my girlfriend's Cochlear-Implant to assemble on the wall with double side tape or a screw (head 6mm, thickness 3mm).
I'm not perfect at creating, but I didn't find anything like that, so I did it on my own.
It has a 12mm max height and a 4mm baseplate height. You can see other measurements from the photos.
Some stats for the one I've printed:
Printer: Anycubic Vyper
Filament: Anycubic Metallic blue SILK PLA (200°C)
layer height: 0,1mm
Infill: 10%
Need round about 1 h to print
