This is a HOTAS throttle body for the VKB THQ throttle quadrant. It is loosely based on a simplified version of the F-18 HOTAS profile.
If will fit nicely onto the long metal throttle levers that are included in the THQ and can be held in place with 10mm M3 screws. The side panels are also held in place with 10mm screws or self-tappers.
Version 1 (currently the only version) is “passive” i.e. there are no electronics for switches. I plan on adding several POV hats and other buttons along with a joystick controller. This might take some time to complete…
I've printed in mat-grey PLA for the prototyping, but will probably switch to black PETG for the final print.
