The top buckle on my Valve Index broke due to age, and though I did repair it with glue it broke again. So I designed a replacement bracket you can hot glue in place to replace it with. This is the first version, if it proves not to be durable I will upload a replacement.
Best if you print face down with the base up in the air due to the way the layer lines will be oriented.
