This is a pencil sharpener holder that mounts to the top of a Gatorade style bottle.  It is a remix of two other wonderfully created models with a little bit of support added to deal with issues I was experiencing during the printing process. The pencil sharpener portion comes from TOPE designs awesome bottle top pencil sharpener over on Myminifactory; the Gatorade bottle cap comes from Freakinhuge's model over on Thingiverse. I simply put both models together and beefed up the side walls of the Gatorade cap and added a support to the very thin section between the two pencil sharpener holes.

WITH supports

(The supports under the cap can be a bugger to break free. To make things easier, I cut an approximately 8" stick of wood with the same cross section as the square shaped hole in the support structure.  Then I simply stuck the square shaped stick of wood into the support and gave it a good twist to "unscrew" the support from the inside of the cap. I've made 12 of these sharpeners so far and this method has worked beautifully for every single one of them.

As for the actual sharpener portion, I used these Mr. Pen sharpeners from Amazon.  Overall the fit was perfect, although some of the sharpeners had a bit of flashing on their back side that had to be filed down or cut off to make the fit work.  No big deal, just a few seconds with a bit of sand paper.

To attach the top to the pencil sharpener you can used M8 screws. (I've also used M6 in a pinch, but the extra length of the M8 screws makes for a sturdier connection.
