This mod wraps around the Aspire Zelos Nano and houses a 90 degree USB-C adapter in the bottom so it can stand up while charging. The general grip and handling is enhanced with a taller base while all buttons and LEDs stay accessible.

Additionally I made a TPU cap which perfectly secures the top and prevents dripping in your pockets.
Base and Cap are a really tight fit, the cap a little less tight so it can be removed easily.
As this uses very tight tolerances which differ between printers, you might have to play around with horizontal expansion or scaling in the slicer (or sanding after print) to make it fit.
The USB-C-Slot in the base model probably needs some support to print well.
Remember to rotate the cap model so the flat side faces downwards.
Here are the settings I used:
Extrudr Military Green PLA NX-2 for the base
Extrudr Neon Orange TPU medium (Shore-Hardness 98A) for the cap
.6 Nozzle
.15 layer height
.6 layer width
A smaller nozzle will probably print fine, but this changes the tolerances and the fit could be less tight.
