Got two 3 gang switch boxes separated by a vertical stud? Use one switchplate! This plate is more than slightly oversized because of the poor drywall work done by the contractors. Tweak the parameters in the Fusion 360 to make this design fit your need (Fusion 360 really is free for personal use).
Cut it in half (see sample picture) and use the new connectors in Prusa slicer, then glue it and clamp it, fill, sand and paint. Picture shows the raw (glued) switchplate, prior to any fill work, sanding, or painting.
I used regular PLA, 100% infill, classic mode. Choose whatever layer height suits your needs, and print it face down. If you use connectors, be sure and paint on some supports for the pins. I had to use a drill bit to slightly enlarge the connector holes so that the two halves would connect.
