Overview
Based on my testing, this is by far the most reliable and user-friendly way to increase the capacity of the nerf rival roundhouse. This is a very easy drop-in modification, that takes around 15–20 minutes to install.
Assembly
Remove all 3 components if you printed 1 set, or all 15 if you printed 5 (recommended). Insert the tall, thin T-shaped piece into the round piece, with the end with the rectangular hole on the top (the side of the round piece with the rim around the edge). Then fit the small, thicker T-shaped piece into the rectangular hole on the other piece. It must face outward, not in over the round piece. I recommend gluing this piece into place, otherwise, it will fall out, and be a hassle to reattach.
Installation
All you need to do is remove two screws towards the front of the blaster. Then carefully use a screwdriver to remove the clip that holds the orange front piece on. You can then remove the original orange pushers, and replace them with these new ones. Then drop the springs in and reassemble the blaster.
I have tested these in an otherwise completely stock nerf rival roundhouse, but if you trim the posts that they sit on, you may be able to fit 5 rounds.
Printing Instructions
I recommend printing with at least 30% infill. These parts are not under much load, so you can use just about any material. You will need to print 5 pusher sets in order to upgrade your nerf rival roundhouse completely.
