Something for the Futurama fans out there. Includes the following characters :
- Amy
- Bender
- Fry
- Hermes
- Leela
- Nibbler
- Professor Farnsworth
- Scruffy
- Zoidberg
An optional Holder is also included (loosely based on the balcony around the Angry Dome of the Planet Express Building).
Print Instructions
Print in PLA in two colors with filament switching. In general :
- 0% infill
- Seam position : Nearest
- Monotonic top and bottom infill
For the Holder :
- 4 perimeters
Supports for some of the letter overhangs are required. I used Organic (aka Tree) supports as implemented in PrusaSlicer 2.6.0-alpha4.
Note : I tried ironing for the topmost layer, but it significantly increased the print time with no real improvement in quality.
