Design is based on a youtube video which I can no longer find, apologies (if you know the original feel free to share in the comments)! In the video, the creator was using blank key cards as white boards for this same purpose but was using the slot in the top row of his keyboard to hold the cards upright. My keyboard doesn't have the same design and I wanted a separate holder to keep things nice an organized; thus this project was born!
Some notes:
- You can get cards cheap online, for instance I used these which are 54x86x0.8mm.
- There's extra space to hold spare cards in the back!
- Use dry erase marker to just wipe and start with a blank slate.
- Or try Sharpies and keep some rubbing alcohol or alcohol swabs nearby to wipe them clean for a smude-proof solution.
