Model to hang Ryobi tools from Gladiator Geartrack/Gearwall. If they are going to be in a hot environment like a shed you will need to print them in PETG if in an insulated garage that does not get too hot and is not in direct sunlight PLA should be okay. I have them in my garage in the northeast printed with PLA and they are just fine.
Chose the rounded side to be up or down depending on the orientation you want the tool to be in. For example a drill would use the Tall Rounded Down file as shown in the pics.
I print them with at least 3 walls 15%-20% infill with a .04 nozzle at .2 layer height or with a .06 nozzle at .28 layer height.
I use a 3/4" ¼"-20 set screw to hold them in place.
