Less carrying. More rolling.

Move It! adds wheels to items that are awkward to carry. Place the rollers beneath the edges of your item and, when needed, secure them with a 25 mm tension strap.

The ribbed, L-shaped body supports the corner of the item, while three bearing-mounted wheels allow it to roll. The gallery shows how the rollers and straps fit around a cardboard package.

Features

  • Three wheels with standard 608 bearings per roller

  • Integrated slots for an optional 25 mm tension strap

  • Standard, profiled and optional O-ring wheels

  • Printable in PLA or PETG without supports

Tested up to 50 kg per roller

Tested with loads up to 50 kg per roller. Higher loads may be possible depending on the filament used, print settings and print quality, but have not been tested. Use on smooth, even surfaces.

Hardware needed — per roller

  • 6 × 608 ball bearings — two per wheel

  • 3 × M4 × 30 mm screws

  • 3 × M4 nylon-insert lock nuts

Optional: a 25 mm tension strap to secure the rollers to the item. Thread the webbing through the integrated slots.

Which files should I download?

  • MoveIt!_Parts.3mf — the parts for one roller with standard wheels, ready to arrange and slice for your printer.

  • MoveIt!.3mf — assembled model for reference.

  • Standard_wheels.3mf — standard wheel option.

  • Profile_wheels.3mf — alternative wheels with a profiled surface.

  • Soft_wheel.step — editable wheel design for the optional O-ring version.

The supplied G-code files are intended for the listed Prusa MK3/S/S+ configuration. For other printers, use the model files and slice them with your own printer profile.

Print settings

  • Material: PLA or PETG

  • Layer height: 0.2 or 0.3 mm

  • Infill: 15%

  • Supports: none

  • 0.4 mm nozzle: at least 7 perimeters

  • 0.6 mm nozzle: at least 5 perimeters

The supplied print profiles are the settings I tested successfully.

Assembly

  1. Fit two 608 bearings into each wheel. The bearing fit is intentionally snug.

  2. Position the three wheels in the roller body.

  3. Install the M4 screws and lock nuts. Check that each wheel turns freely.

  4. Place the rollers beneath the item and thread a strap through the slots if additional securing is needed.

Optional O-ring wheels

The soft-wheel option uses two O-rings per wheel, approximately 20–25 mm in diameter and 2.4 mm thick. Use the supplied STEP file to adapt the wheel to the O-rings you have available.
