This is a 45 record adapter with opposing screw threads.
The top is a separate piece, to avoid an excessive overhang. It may be snug on some printers, but might require glue on others.
I printed it with a copper silk PLA, which would be great if it weren't for the seams! The top layers catch the light, causing a bit of flicker on each rotation, though that is probably less visible with non-silk PLA.
