All credit goes to Mr Mulac of 3D Printing World for his well-thought out design.

I'm such a big fan of this design. It was one of my first prints about 2 years ago (in 2021). I use this clamp so many times for glueing parts together.

As written above, it's not my design, the original design is not available anymore but I think we should honor the guy who made this.

Important note, files are made in inch but prusaslicer can recalculate them to cm/mm

Print Instructions/Recommandations (From Mr Mulac):

Print in the orientations provided.

I printed everything except the tread with 3 perimeters and 25% infill.

I printed the thread with 6 perimeters and 50% infill.

You need every part 1 time, except this two:

  • 2x Clevis
  • 6x Locking Pin

Assembly Notes (From Mr Mulac):

The arms don't come apart very easily, I would not recommend putting them together unless you have all the parts in place.

If you do have to take them apart make sure pull them apart evenly, if they get cocked while you are pulling them apart the pins could brake.

Assembly Instructions (I don't now exactly how I assembled this, maybe someone prints this and can help me correct it.)

  1. Spin the Nut over the thread, with the round part to the handle
  2. Take two times the clevis and put it over the top of the thread
  3. Take the short female arm and put the small pad over it.
  4. Put the short male arm over it
  5. Put the Nut into the large female arm and mount the big pad
  6. Take the large male part and press it together.
  7. Secure the parts with the locking pins. (Fit is very tight, might need some force but be carefull, the pins break easily)
