I added more preset hinge clearances for this print-in-place design. They range from 0.1 to 0.6 and should provide plenty of options. If you wish to scale things up in your slicer, you'll want to use a smaller clearance to start since the spacing between faces in the hinge will grow as you scale things up. I have also updated the Fusion source file.

Here is a set of 4 heart-shaped candy dishes joined together with print-in-place hinges. The candy dishes can be arranged in the shape of a shamrock or rotated open to display 4 hearts in a semi-circle. I designed this in Fusion - source file is included.

I have included 7 versions of the candy dishes with different clearances around the hinges. My print shown here was printed with a 0.3mm clearance on my X1 Carbon. I can probably get away with 0.15mm or 0.2mm, but since the spacing is vertical, I wanted to give them more room. I was able to break the hinges loose easily by rotating them GENTLY. Slow and steady wins the race when breaking loose hinges after printing. 

Note: The print files are actually 4 separate bodies arranged in a single assembly. When opening in PrusaSlicer, be sure to select the option to treat the model as a single item. If using Bambu Studio, I found I had to drag all 4 pieces as a group to the build plate. Once all pieces are on the build plate, you can right-click it and choose the “Assemble” option. This will allow you to use auto arrange in both slicers without the pieces being separated.
