This grip works very similarly to the grip you get with the Nintendo, but it's way smaller.
Some people may find it too small, and uncomfortable.

You can choose whether there is a hole for a leash, and pick a level of three tolerances
Low/Medium/High tolerances, all spaced out by 0.25 millimeters, to fit perfectly with your Joycon, for instance: if it's loose such that the Joycon comes out without you pressing the release button, pick a tighter fit.
And if it's too tight such as it doesn't attach, pick a lower tolerance.
