This is a miniature version of the "Magic Mirror" accessory that allows you to view Red Raven Movie Records, It works similar to a zoetrope but uses a multifaced reflective viewer to view a animation printed on the label of the record. I have added a 45RPM adapter to allow it to be used to adapt 45 RPM records to 33 ⅓ players.
Recently the Red Raven Magic Mirror was featured in the supernatural thriller series “Evil” by CBS. The 78 RPM records and the Magic Mirror itself are increasingly rare as they are lacquer based recordings. This miniature version is a test to see the feasibility of 3D printing a replica Magic Mirror. Hopefully in the near future I will be able to make a size accurate version to allow more people to enjoy this disappearing art form and hopefully revitalize it as well. Stay tuned for the full sized version.
