These are scalable bed leveling aides that are perfect for setting in your flowrate and first layer height. Once you've got those tuned in the resulting prints make excellent boomerangs and frisbees!
To use these for tuning your printer you will need to scale the part to match your build plate size, and then scale the z axis independently to be roughly two layers tall. Print very slow and with a concentric top and bottom fill and you will be able to tune your layer height and z offset as you print! The Y version is for use with tri-screw beds like a Voron Zero or a Rook just make sure you orient it correctly, and the X version is for standard four-point beds.
