Remixed the original to use M5 screws as that's what I have available.
I also added the 2020 profile notch so that it has a better fit and modified the screw holes to make it printable on its side (to also provide more strength to the handle). Correct orientation is flat side of screw hole up.
It will require a tiny bit of support as shown in one of the pictures, but the extra strength makes it worth it.
