Filament Display Tag

I've used this model for a long time but decided to share on here and hope it can be useful to anyone needing something like this.

This model, at 1:1 scale, is L: 2-1/16 x W: 3-1/4 x H: 5/8 inches, and was designed with (2) main purposes:

1. Display the appearance of the filament.
2. Test the filament itself.

Filament Appearance:  Does it appears as intended post printing?  This model has (3) basic shapes and (2) letters with different dimensions to show how the filament looks with colors and additives.  When printing flat or curvy objects, the colors may not come out as it appears on the reel, online, or in natural and man-made light.  See the pictures that shows the single FD tags with speckles, glitters, and metallic, plain, and translucent appearances.

Filament Test:  Does it melt and mold as expected?  Some filaments may not form good at right angles, curves, engravements and embossments, or sharp edges and sometimes not even by the manufacturer's specifications.  You'll see if it strings easily at your normal settings by the seven small circles and as it travels from the bigger shapes with curves to sharp angles and vis-versa.  Especially for filaments with additives that may not adhere properly to the bed or itself because of how it was manufactured by the company and/or the climate it's in!

I print this model at 100% infill with every filament I buy.  

This model has been very handy to me because when people ask me to print something for them and wanted to know what colors and stuff I have.  Then I'll whip out this thing that shows the common features of all the colors and specialty filaments I have available.
