Loved the original design so decided to build one. It works great as is but I decided to make a few tiny upgrades to improve performance.
Increased the cog dimensions in 0.2mm increments on the radius to ensure perfect clicking on the headphone

Made a few upgrades to make the turntable motion more level and smooth.

All sketchup files included too if you feel like making modifications. With my final setup I find that one rotation is 55 pictures which is precisely the gear ratio of 7-14-110. I suggest making turns one click at a time rather than just speeding through. Will update with some scanned models shortly
