I wanted to try some thrusters out on my free ride board but didn't want to spend the $40 to buy a set so printed my own for way less. Cut the main shape out of 1.5mm stainless, ground the trailing and leading edge and contact cemented it all together. A light coating of filler epoxy then sand and job done. Note, the epoxy adds a lot of strength as it soaks into the print pore space and works sort of like fibreglass.
