This is yet another case for the Radxa Taco board with room for 5x 2.5" drives plugged into it. This model differs from others in that there are drive trays. Also, it is a little loud. You'll need …
- 12V 5015 blower fan
- 2x m3x20mm round head machine screws
- 2x m3 nuts
- 4x m3 threaded insert nuts (OD 4.2mm, 3mm long)
- 24x M3x4mm countersunk machine screws
- 10x M1.4x5mm round head self-tapping screws
- 4x M2.5x12mm countersunk machine screws
- the m3x6mm screws and m3x18mm standoffs included with the Radxa Taco kit
- soldering iron for threaded inserts (optional)
All parts were printed in PLA on an Ender 3, without an enclosure. Everything but the drive cage was printed at “Dynamic Quality 0.16mm” layer height in Cura, with brim and supports. The drive cage was printed on side at 0.28mm layer height with default infill and supports. The side shroud will likely have warping if you are like me and don't have an enclosure. The side shroud was printed upside down.
