This jig allows you to align your table saw blade or fence to the miter slot. This is a critical alignment that is necessary to get the best performance, safety and cut quality out of your saw.
Despite the many existing designs for these jigs already out there, I felt that most were missing a few details to make the perfect jig.
This jig has:
- Spring loaded miter bar to keep the jig snug against the face of the miter slot
- Threaded inserts for easy and rigid assembly
- Substantial cross bar for rigidity
- Holes for adjustment rather than a slide
I printed this in Polyterra PLA with 5 perimeters.
