This is a flat back cover for the cheap Harbor Freight Cen-Tech dial indicator. The stock one has a large mounting loop that can get in the way. Uses the same screws the original came with. In case they've changed the model since I bought mine, the cover is 52.7 mm in diameter.
A step version is included to facilitate customization.
