Found the original version from MeltsPlastic to be great, but found that that in order to have them over the Quest Pro speaker slot, they were a little to far forward for me. This left some mids and a fuller sound stage on the table. I choose to fix this by extending the cup out by 30mm. I also added a bit more material just around the 90 degree bend where it clamps to the HMD, at its narrowest point. I noticed that this location was prone to breaking.
I printed this with PLA+, 3 walls, 30% infill.
I am no expert at modeling so please enjoy and improve upon it.
