Overwatch Hamster Headband

As a ball main you need to let the hamster out of your head into a fresh air and this headband will do exactly this.

Both pieces of this headband fit on the Creality Ender 3 bed diagonally and  the print time is ~9 hours in standard quality.

My print settings and recommendations:

• 3 perimeters and 20% infill, but I think one can go with 2 walls and less infill for flexibility
• Layer height should be 0.2mm or less
• 2 bottom layers, but probably one is better for more flexibility
• Scale 100% or a couple of % more, depending on the size of your head
• Bed levelling and flatness must be perfect, since the model will take it all
• Tree supports are needed: branch angle ~40,  overhang angle ~55
• Brim is recommended, one may try the raft if unsure about the warping
• One may try to speed up the nozzle travel time, since the model has high points on the opposite ends of the bed

Assembly:

• Align the two parts together
• Put a tight rubber band on the hamster's neck (he is into this, I promise) and two rubber bands on the headband ends 
• Superglue the parts and take off the rubber bands when ready

This is the very first version of the model and there is a room for improvement, as usual.

Pros:

• Easy to print
• It is sturdy as for a PLA model, and very hard to break
• The grip is good
• Assembly is trivial

Cons:

• The hamster tile can be reshaped to fit the head shape better
• Typical ball main has a massive head, so the headband might be too tight for some
• Your date will run away from you if you will decide to wear it in public (probably, they are support main after all)
