I found with the original shell my carts could sometimes be misaligned (particularly with cheaper repo carts) and the flasher would fail to detect.
Adding these flange alignment brackets helps the cart go in without any wiggle room and now makes a great contact.
Prints standing up, no supports needed. I printed using PLA, 0.2mm and works great.
